1. Used as analytical reagent and solvent of vinyl resin and ethyne;
2. Used as the solvent of polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride, also used as an extractant;
3. Used in synthesizing of polyurethane and synthetic fiber; making plastic film; removing paint; and making paint have characteristics of dye.
