Sodium hydrosulfide is an inorganic substance, alias anhydrous sodium hydrogen sulfide. The chemical formula is NaHS, colorless acicular crystal. It is easy to deliquescence and decomposes at the melting point to release hydrogen sulfide. It is easily soluble in water and alcohol, and the aqueous solution is strongly alkaline. React with acid to produce hydrogen sulfide. It tastes bitter.
