1.Monoglycerides are used as lubricants in compound lead salt stabilizers and calcium-zinc stabilizers, with an addition rate of 2% to 10%, to replace part of stearic acid and paraffin.
2. Monoglyceride is used as a lubricant in PVC pipe fittings, pipes, profiles and plates, and can replace stearic acid. The addition amount in pipe fittings is 2%, and in pipes, profiles and plates, it is 0.5-1%. It plays an internal lubricating role at the beginning of heating and melting, making the internal dispersion of the product uniform. During extrusion molding, it plays an external lubricating role, making the product surface bright.
3. Powdered monoglycerides are used in large quantities in ACR, with an addition amount of 5-20%.
4. In the production of agricultural greenhouse films, monoglyceride is the main raw material for drip agents, with an addition rate of 40-50%.
5. Monoglycerides can be used as mold release agents in rubber products to make the product surface bright and easy to demold. The addition amount is 1-2%. Some production of mold release agents also add monoglycerides, with an addition amount of 20-30%.
6. It is used as an antistatic agent in plastic products, with an addition amount of 1-2%, and for the production of solid antistatic agents, the addition amount is 30-40%.
