Product Description

Cyclohexanone is an organic compound with the formula (CH2)5CO. It is a saturated cycloketone whose carbonyl carbon atoms are contained within a six-membered ring. A clear colorless liquid with an earthy flavor and a minty taste when containing traces of phenol. Impure for light yellow, with storage time generated impurities and color, water white to gray yellow, with a strong pungent odor. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in alcohol, ether, benzene, acetone and other organic solvents.
