Application Area:
WANNATE mdi-50 is a mixture of 2,4 '-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4,4' -diphenylmethane diisocyan ate. It is colorless to yellowish transparent liquid at room temperature. WANNATE® mdi-50 products provide better flow performance for the production of cast molded products d ue to the difference in reactivity between 2,4 '- and 4,4 '-mdi. The product can be widely used in the product ion of high rebound foam, semi-rigid foam and microporous elastomer, also widely used in the production of elastomer, adhesive, coating and sealant.

Fresh WANNATE MDI-50 is a clear and transparent liquid at room temperature. Turns yellow ea sily when exposed to light and air. Due to its active chemical properties, it is easy to react with water, formin g insoluble urea compounds and releasing carbon dioxide, resulting in drum and viscosity increase. Therefor e, in the storage process, it is necessary to ensure that the container is strictly dry and sealed and filled with dry nitrogen protection.
