Product Description

Colorless transparent crystals or white crystalline powder, odorless, sweet in taste. Relative density: 2.607. Soluble in water (8.3g/100mL,25ºC; 35.9g/100mL (at 100ºC) and glycerol, insoluble in ethanol.
It will effloresce in the air and its aqueous solution is slightly acidic.
